TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking with Wonderland Retreats Luxury Glamping, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking.

 

Balance: The remainder of the balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 21 days prior to your stay. Failure to pay will result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

 

Full Payment: For bookings made within 21 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Non-transferable: Bookings cannot be transferred or resold without our prior consent.

 

2. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Non-Refundable: All bookings are non-refundable.

 

Date Changes: Guests may request to change their dates up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability and seasonal price differences, with the first change being free and subsequent changes incurring a £25 administration fee.

 

No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive without notice will be charged the full cost of the stay.

 

Early Departure: No refunds are given for early departures.

 

Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended to cover any unexpected cancellations.

 

Force Majeure: We are not liable for refunds or compensation in circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, natural events).

 

3. SITE RULES

Adults Only: Guests must be 18 years or older. No children are permitted on site.

 

Check-in from 3pm; Check-out at 11am.

 

Guests Only: Only those named on the booking may stay or visit the site. No unregistered visitors are allowed.

 

Noise: Quiet hours from 10pm – 9am. Please respect other guests.

 

Staff Access: Management and staff reserve the right to enter pods at any time for safety concerns or noise complaints.

 

Smoking: Strictly non-smoking site. If you wish to vape, you may do so in the outdoor areas of the pod.

 

BBQs: Disposable BBQs are not allowed on site; use of our BBQ griddles only is permitted.

 

Pets: Strictly no pets. Guests will be asked to leave should this rule be broken.

 

4. SAFETY & LIABILITY

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings at all times.

 

Outdoor Environment: Please be aware of natural hazards such as uneven ground, wildlife, and weather. Appropriate footwear and care are advised.

 

Liability Waiver: Wonderland Retreats Luxury Glamping accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by our negligence.

 

Conduct: Management reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if guests behave inappropriately, break site rules, or cause a nuisance to others.

 

5. DAMAGE, CLEANING & MISSING ITEMS

Guests must leave accommodation and facilities in a clean and tidy condition.

 

Any breakages, damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

 

All items provided within the accommodation and on-site facilities remain the property of Wonderland Retreats Luxury Glamping and must not be removed from the premises.

 

If any item is found to be missing following a guest’s stay, Wonderland Retreats reserves the right to charge the reasonable cost of replacing the item to the payment card held on file for the booking.

 

A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.

 

6. PERSONAL DATA

As part of our ongoing monitoring and to help us improve our service, we may share your contact details with CampStead Ltd, who may invite you to complete a feedback questionnaire regarding your stay.

 

7. LEGAL

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

By booking, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
