Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. We cannot offer early check in or late check out’s due to the cleaning schedule. Check in is via a key code so we do not require the time of your arrival. All arrival details will be sent to you 3 days before arrival.

Yes you can add extra’s up until 24 hours before your arrival (unless stated otherwise).

All bookings are non refundable we can however offer requests to change the date up to 30 days before arrival. If you wish to change the date we request you check the availability of the pod you have booked and send us an alternative available date. Please email info@wonderlandretreats.co.uk

We are located just outside of the town of Carnforth, there are major supermarkets, pubs, takeaways and train station all 5 minutes walk away. We are a 30 minute drive to the South Lakes.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 21 days prior to your stay. If you would like to pay for your stay in portions, please give us a call on 07955 285310. Failure to pay will result in cancellation and loss of deposit. For bookings made within 21 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We are honoured that our pods are so popular, but with that means we don’t always have the availability you want if booking close to the date. We will always post our cancellations or late availability on our social media pages & emailing list.

Unfortunately, our site is pet-free.

All of our pods have hot tubs!

We offer 1 night minimum stays, and we do not put a limit on maximum night stay.

We are an adults only glamping site.
